We are a local small business using sustainable business practices, dedicated to providing a safe, encouraging and equitable environment for the community to connect and collaborate authentically with one another. Using Lego sales and services as the mode of our larger mission; protecting the environment, building community, providing outreach, fostering artistic creativity, and providing workshops and educational opportunities for all ages, demographics and lego building expertise levels.

HOURS OF OPERATION

M-Sat 9-5pm PST. Customer service inquiries will be handled during normal business hours. Invoices and payment updates could be updated after hours at various times. Orders will be pulled and prepared during normal business hours.

Fulfillment: In most cases we try to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours. All orders are fulfilled within 96 hours. Monday-Friday. Please READ DESCRIPTIONS! We have taken a lot of care to personally clean and grade each and every piece.We remove pieces with high wear and tear, damage and discoloration We will also send pictures of a specific part if requested.

Inventory & Order Discrepancies: On the rare chance an item you ordered is missing from our inventory, we will immediately refund that item and ship the rest of your order with it noted on the packing slip. If you notice an issue with an item upon receiving it (ie. discoloration, damage, missing part) contact us and we will either issue a refund or send out a replacement immediately.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Please remember we pull, pack, and invoice all orders in the order received. This process usually happens within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received, however we may take up to 5 business days when we have significant increases in the amount of orders received. Larger orders may take slightly longer. We try to ship within 24-48 hours after payment is received (except on Saturday and Sunday). We ship through USPS Ground Advantage-Retail. We reserve the right to invoice and collect payment of your order before pulling it. What does this mean? It means there is a slight possibility you'll be notified of a part shortage after payment and a refund of the missing part will be sent.

Our goal is to get the right items in the right quantities to you as fast as we can. If we have made a miscount in our inventory, a mistake on your order, or have sent a substandard part, we will do whatever we can to correct it. If an item has incorrect inventory, we will refund the missing part value. Please contact us with any concerns before leaving feedback and we will address any concerns promptly.
